Shipping Policy

Shipping Teddy by Joel ships worldwide to the destinations listed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional shipping fees added at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and aren't guaranteed. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Order Processing Items are printed to order through our fulfilment partner. Processing time is separate from shipping time, please allow for both when estimating delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes Customs duties and import taxes are already included for most destinations, including the US, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. In rare cases, for certain remote areas, local customs may still apply their own fees. We recommend checking your country's customs policy if you're unsure.

Risk & Title Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.
